FgBzip16 localizes to nucleus. Hyphae and conidia expressing the FgBzip16-GFP fusion construct were observed. DAPI (4', 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) staining of the nucleus at 25°C for 2 min. Photographs were examined under differential interference contrast (DIC) or epifluorescence microscopy. The merged panels showed the FgBzip16 localizes to nucleus. Bar = 10 μm
