Maximum likelihood phylogenetic relationship derived by MEGA 7 using analysis of ITS sequences of Trichoderma isolates. A bootstrap replication of 1000 was used. The bootstrap value is represented by a numerical value in the node. This comparison was conducted using sequences from NCBI GenBank accession number.
