Nextstrain builds of WMV from coat protein and complete genome. Both are open and hosted on the following domains https://nextstrain.org/community/PiR92/WMV@main and https://nextstrain.org/community/PiR92/WMV_CP@main. a Phylodynamic of WMV from 472 CP gene sequences collected from 1972 to 2020. b Phylodynamic of WMV from 129 complete genomes collected from 1972 to 2020. In both panels, a time tree is shown on the left, and the geographic distribution is displayed on the right. The compilation information is presented in three main panels: clustering of genomic diversity, geographic origin of samples and relative genetic diversity. With the associated metadata, users can color the tree nodes based on the region, country, and host plant. The internal node colors indicate the expected ancestral state of a given trait, and confidence in that state is conveyed by the colour saturation of the trait. Branch lengths are shown as a function of divergence or time. The viral genotypes represented in the tree are plotted on a map, which allows to observe the level of geographical spread and the most likely transmission events
