PsLARP4_5 transcript levels. The transcript levels of PsLARP4_5 were determined by qRT-PCR. RNA was extracted from vegetative mycelia (MY), sporulating hyphae (SP), zoospores (ZO), cysts (CY), and during the early stages of infection (IF, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h post-inoculation) on soybean leaves. The expression values of PsLARP4_5 were normalized using two housekeeping genes and are shown relative to MY, which was used as a reference with a value of 1.0. Error bars represent standard errors calculated using three biological replicates for each sample
