Assessment of gene expression level of five genes selected from quantitative transcriptomics results by qRT-PCR. The parental wild-type isolate (WT) is P6497; EV is the control isolate of P. sojae transformed with an empty vector; KT1, KT18, and KT40 are PsLARP4_5 deletion transformants. The expression values of each sample at the sporangium production stage are shown, a relative to the 285573 gene of the WT strain for the down-regulated genes, and b relative to the 346916 gene of the WT strain for the up-regulated genes. Two housekeeping genes were used to normalize the expression of target genes
