Determination of the relative expression of ScDIR genes after S. scitamineum inoculation. a The relative expression abundance of 64 ScDIR genes was measured in ROC22 by qRT-PCR after 0, 24, 48, and 72 h of S. scitamineum infection. b The relative expression abundance of 64 ScDIR genes was measured in ZZ9 by qRT-PCR after 0, 24, 48, and 72 h of S. scitamineum infection. The relative expression pattern of the gene was generated by Heml 1.0.3.7 software, and hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out. The color code indicates the relative expression. GAPDH was used as an internal reference gene. Three biological replications were conducted (n = 3)
