Detection of ToMMV infection in field-collected tomato samples through ACP-ELISA (a), dot-ELISA (b), tissue print-ELISA (c) and RT-PCR (d). Samples were prepared from 38 field-collected tomato plants and named as a1 to a5, b1 to b5, c1 to c5, d1 to d5, e1 to e5, f1 to f5, g1 to g4 and h1 to h4. Samples g5 and h5 represent a ToMMV-infected and an uninfected tomato plant, and were used as positive and negative controls, respectively. MAb 2D6 was used as the detection antibody in ACP-ELISA, dot-ELISA and tissue print-ELISA assays. The primer pair used in RT-PCR is ToMMV RdRp-specific and can amplify a fragment of ~ 600 bp
