Phylogenetic analysis of N. parvum isolates. Phylogeny of N. parvum isolates associated with stem canker and twig dieback using MEGA 7.0 with the Maximum Likelihood analysis of the combined sequences consisting of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS), EF-1a, RPB2, BotF15 and β-tubulin. Analysis was performed with the bootstrap value of 1000 replications, and pairwise deletion option. Values greater than 50% bootstrap are shown on the pictures. Reported sequences from different isolates were downloaded from the GenBank database. Distance scale is shown in the graph
