The virulence of the two isolates on eight sand pear varieties, including Aidang (a), Xinxue (b), Qiushui (c), Nanyue (d), Zhongli-1 (e), Xingshui (f), Ningmenghuang (g) and Lvyun (h), was examined. Fungal plugs were placed on the wounded fresh branches. Lesion length was measured at 36, 48, 60, 72 and 84 h post-inoculation (hpi). The column graph was generated using the GraphPad prism software based on these data. The photos were collected at 84 hpi. CY indicates CY-2 isolate, ZL indicates ZL-4 isolate. Bar = 10 mm.
