Phylogenetic tree based on 101 ITS-rRNA sequences of Ditylenchus destructor from China. The sequence data were obtained from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov). The 50% majority-rule consensus tree from Bayesian analysis was generated from the ITS-rRNA gene sequence dataset for D. destructor using the HKY+I model. D. myceliophagus was used as an outgroup. The scale bar indicates the number of expected changes per site. The haplotypes are color-marked as given in the legend
