SCN-27D09 interacts with GmIPK-2. a SCN-27D09 interacted with GmIPK-2 in yeast two-hybrid assay. The interaction between GmIPK-2-AD and SCN-27D09-BD activated the expression of HIS3 and LacZ reporter genes. GmIPK-2-NLuc and SCN-27D09-CLuc were transiently expressed in N. benthamiana by co-infiltration. The combination of GFP-NLuc and GFP-CLuc was used as negative control.
