Expression of miRNAs in each treatment group. Members of miR156, miR159 and miR166 families showed increased expression in TR4_I as compared to TR4_C. Not as much increase was induced by R1 inoculation. The normalized read count on the Y-axis was calculated as “reads per million reads” for each sRNA library.
