Identification of DEGs in BYDV-GAV-inoculated P. huashanica at different time points. DEGs were obtained by comparing the BYDV-GAV-inoculated plant samples at 3, 7 and 14 dpi with the mock-inoculated sample, respectively. P. huashanica were inoculated with viruliferous aphids carrying BYDV-GAV, with non-viruliferous aphids-inoculated plants as mock inoculation. For viruliferous aphids-inoculated treatments, the samples were collected at 3, 7 and 14 dpi, respectively; for mock treatment, the samples collected at 3, 7 and 14 dpi were equally mixed to form a composite sample.
