Constitutive and fungicide-induced expression of BcCYP51 in the sensitive and reduced-sensitive isolates of Botrytis cinerea. Relative expression level of BcCYP51 was calculated by the 2-ΔΔCt method with actin gene as a reference. The expression level of BcCYP51 in each isolate was calculated relative to that of the isolate NJ2.
