Sensitivity of the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay for the detection of Phakopsora pachyrhizi. Serial tenfold dilutions (from 10 ng to 100 fg) of genomic DNA of P. pachyrhizi SS4 were used for the LAMP assay. A positive reaction was indicated by a color change from orange to yellow-green under natural light and intense green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Plus and minus signs indicate the positive and negative controls, respectively
