Pb257 was transiently expressed in N. benthamiana leaves silenced for pTV00 (control), BAK1, or SOBIR1. GFP was control proteins. The experiment was replicated ten times. c The transcript expression levels of SOBIR1 and BAK1 in the corresponding infiltration area of leaves were took to analyze by qRT-PCR.
